Colfax Canvas is a collaborative mural festival helping to define the borders of the “Aurora Cultural Arts District”.

It does so by celebrating local artists who uplift and beautify our communities!

If you’re coming on Saturday, make sure to catch “ArtBursts” - much more than a Parade!

During the event on Saturday, 7 pedicabbers are transporting the jazz band Guerrilla Fanfare, along with a mobile stage brought to us by Handsome Little Devils.

The Parade comes from Athena Project’s “Curating Art for Impact” program, which produces impactful and unique art with community partners. They uplift women artists and Colfax Canvas is on a mission to beautify the neighborhood while showcasing the creativity of local artists, so it’s a welcome opportunity to support each other’s work!

Colfax Canvas Mural Fest Saturday Schedule:

11:00am-12:30pm – Guerrilla Fanfare (in the pedicabs around Aurora Cultural Arts District)

11:30am – Lannie Shelton (violinist)

12:30pm – Anna Maria High (solo singer)

1:30pm – Tamara Vigil of Baile Caliente (dance)

2:30pm – Emelise (singer/songwriter)
